We are the most affordable campground in the Florida keys. Located by the entrance to Key West on mile marker 4.5 Leo’s Campground is minutes from Key West historic areas, Duval street, beaches, restaurants, dive shops, fishing charters, airport and much more. From our park, you can ride your bicycle into town or catch a bus. Our family owned and operated campground facilities offer tent and RV sites with full hook-up.

TENT SITES ARE LOCATED ALONG THE WATER

Our tent sites are located along a small water access lake surrounded by mangroves, very quiet and peaceful setting. Most of our sites have a BBQ grill and a picnic table.Some of our tent sites also have electric at additional charge. For your convenience our bathhouse with hot showers is right across from the tent area.

Our RV sites come with full hook-up, which includes water, sewage, electric (some sites up to 50 amp) and cable TV up to 70 channels. Each site comes with a picnic table and for your convenience we have, a BBQ area for RVers. Bathhouse with hot showers and laundry facility is also available.

These rates are based on 1 to 2 people and do not include tax of 12.5%.

The weeks of Fantasy Fest in October and Christmas-New Years December 20-January 1 are not included in these rates. Please call our office 305-296-5260 from 11am-7pm seven days a week for information on rates, minimum stay and cancellation policy.

Reservations. We require a deposit/payment with every reservation. We only take reservations over the phone or in person. We accept all major credit cards.

one night's deposit is required for reservations up to 7 nights

20% of total amount of reservation for stays of 8-28 nights

$250 deposit required for monthly rates, 1/2 NON REFUNDABLE upon making reservation. The $250 becomes non-refundable a month prior arrival.

For all reservations, the balance of your reservation will be charged to your credit card on the scheduled day of arrival.

Weekly Rate. If six nights are paid in advance at time of arrival the seventh night is free

Monthly reservations. If you are staying for 2 months or more, the deposit is the same $250.00. At the time of arrival your payment for the month is due in full and a new deposit will be required for the next month. If you have to leave early there will be no refunds, credit or prorating, under any circumstances.

Children 12 and under are free

Pets. We only allow pets in RVs, 5Th wheels or trailers at the charge of $1.00 per pet per night. We do not allow pets in tent sites or pop ups. Due to insurance reasons we do not allow Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Chows, Wolf Hybrids or German Shepherds in our property.

Cancellation Policy for daily and weekly reservations. Our cancellation policy is one month prior to arrival. Every cancellation done before one month prior to arrival will have a $10.00 fee and it will be deducted from your deposit. To ensure refund of your payment/deposit if you have to cancel, you must call our office anytime before one month from date of arrival. If you do not call you are still responsible for the balance of your reservation and your credit card will be charged for your balance. To avoid this charge you must call our office anytime before the arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation policy for monthly reservations. $250 deposit required for monthly reservation, 1/2 NON REFUNDABLE upon making reservation. The deposit of $250 is forfeited if cancellation is done within the month of date of arrival. For reservations for more than one month an additional deposit will be required upon arrival for the following month, weeks or days which is non-refundable.

Changes to reservation. Any changes to your reservation will be allowed at no charge one month prior to arrival as long as there is availability. Changes done within the month will be considered a new reservation with new deposit. If you are adding days to your reservation based on availability there is no charge. If you have to leave early there will be no refunds, credit or prorating, under any circumstances.

Extra People. Our rates are based on 2 people only, if you have additional guests during your stay, an additional charge of $8.00 per person per night plus tax is due at time of their arrival.

Check in is after 1pm and check out is by 12 noon
